Dr. Martin has over 8 years of comprehensive general surgery experience. With special training and emphasis in esophageal disease, including the diagnosis and treatment of heartburn and reflux disease, he is one of only six surgeons in Ohio qualified to offer the LINX® System - the only available FDA approved implantable device for the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).

 

Dr. Martin’s special interests also include trauma/critical care, complex abdominal hernia repair, advanced laparoscopic surgery for the colon, hiatal hernia, emergency surgery, teaching and clinical research.
